At Platinum Code, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from Platinum Code Solutions, LLC, you must contact Platinum Code Sales to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to arrange for refund, credit, or exchange within ten (10) days of receipt of the product(s).
