At Platinum Code, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from Platinum Code Solutions, LLC, you must contact Platinum Code Sales to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to arrange for refund, credit, or exchange within ten (10) days of receipt of the product(s).

When you place an order with Platinum Code Solutions, LLC, we endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within three business days, so it is probable that it will not be possible to cancel the order prior to shipping. If you want to cancel your order please contact Platinum Code Sales and we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation.
